TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 of 2021 By Richard Onyango Obonyo, of P.O. Box 37, Boro in Kenya, the deceased's step-grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathews Odak Otheny alias Odak Otheny, who died at Kochieng "B", on 11th January, 2011. CAUSE No. E 16 of 2020 By Benard Simiyu Mutenyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutenyo Chewewe, who died at Sikhendu, on 20th April, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
