TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2020 By Joseph Faraja Situma, of P.O. Box 45, Tongaren in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alumasi Situma, who died at Sango, Tongaren, on 20th September, 1992. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By ( I ) Tom Nalianya Muchocho, (2) Frhendie Mbuilah wa Muchocho and (3) Aggrey Barasa Jethro, all of P.O. Box 126, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesem Muchocho Wamachali, who died at Makuselwa. on 6th February, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
