CAUSE No. E124 OF 2020 By Ruth Amondi Otieno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mashack Erick Otieno Awaa alias Meshack Eric Otieno Awa alias Meshack Eric Otieno alias Meshack 0. E. Awa alias Meshack Ericko Otieno, who died on 15th May, 2014. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2020 By (1) Alex Ajowi Oguom, (2) Paul Otieno Oguom and (3) Gilbert Omenya Ogwom, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnikus Oguom Owando alias Ogwom Owando, who died on 14th July, 1989. CAUSE No. E129 OF 2020 By George Juma Osore, of P.O. Box 240, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Osore Alfayo Njira, who died on 19th July, 2016. CAUSE No. E62 OF 2021 By Stephen Osembe Hongo, of P.O. Box 76-40109, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Hongo alias James Hongo Wedeya, who died at District Hospital, Nyando in Kenya, on 1st September, 2008. CAUSE No. 80 OF 2021 By (1) Anastasia Chida Osumba and (2) Fredrick Ochieng Osumba, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osurnba Dunga, who died at Kamswa South, on 1st June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
