Box 104, Kobujoi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Kipkasi arap Chirchir, late of Chepketemon, who died there on 8th August, 2010. CAUSE No. E99 OF 2020 By (1) Iscah Jeptum MaMa and (2) Joel Kibiwot Tuwei, both of P.O. Box 4532-30100, Eldoret in Kenya. the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kiptuwei Maina alias Kiptuwei arap MaMa, late of Kaptei, who died at UG Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 27th December, 1997. CAUSE No. E123 OF 2020 By John Kimaiyo Magut, of P.O. Box 213, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Jerotich Kogo, late of Kaptel, who died there on 16th January, 2006. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2021 By Solomon Kilaha Ndenga, of P.O. Box 126, Serem in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndenga Mbayi, late of Kapkerer, who died there on 5th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
