TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. HCCC E59 OF 2020 By (1) Tyson Charo Konde and (2) Peter Charo Tai, both of P.O. Box 271, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Tai, who died at District Hospital, Kilifi in Kenya, on 19th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2020 By Angela Jemima Mango, of P.O. Box 691-80109, Mtwapa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albin Wahrbichler, of Binninggen BL, who died at there, on 2nd February, 2020. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2020 By (1) Kadzo Wanje Nyale and (2) Idd Hussein Charo, the deceased's daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilifi Ndenge Chanzera alias Kilifi Ndenge, who died at Malindi, on 28th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2020 By (1) Alfred Deche Nyoka and (2) Hanningtone Winji Nyoka, the deceased's sons for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyoka Kiti Chano, who died at Dzitsoni, Kilifi, on 30th May, 2005. CAUSE No. E22 OF 2021 By Jumwa Kabombo Mure, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Kalume Kabombo, who died at Kilifi, on 24th August, 2010. CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By Mike Solterbeck, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Metzger Ursula, who died at Kilifi, on 23rd April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
