TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE NO. 97 OF 2020 By (1) Edward Kaingu Baya and (2) Elijah Baya Mwaro, the deceased's sons for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Yaa Baya, who died on 3rd January, 2005. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2020 By (1) Jackson Mangi Mweri and (2) Alfred Baya Yaa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mweri Mangi Kitunga, who died on 2nd February, 2016. CAUSE No. 23 OF 2021 By Terezia Furaha Kiti the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Benedict Carlisle Nazareth, who died on 15th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
