TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 35 OF 2021 By Virginia Wanjiru Ndimu, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Nyambura Kariuki alias Nyambura Kariuki, who died at Mariira Sub-location, on 21st March, 1994. CAUSE No. 56 OF 2021 By Elisha Kimani Ndungu, of P.O. Box 318, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Kimani alias Ndungu Nguri, who died at Kabati, on 25th February, 2004. CAUSE No. 57 OF 2021 By Samson Muniu Ndugire, of P.O. Box 117, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndugire Nganga alias Ndungire Nganga, who died at A.I.C., Githumu, on 21st January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
