TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 112 OF 2019 By Ruth Wanjiku Kiambo, of P.O. Box 253, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dedan Mutwithania Kamaina, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2019. CAUSE N0.40 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Mugo Gituru and (2) Sophia Wambura Gituru, both of P.O. Box 148, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evan Gituru Murage, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
