TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.1v1C39 OF 2021 By (1) Susan Nduta Mwangi, (2) Mirriam Njambi Mboya and (3) 'Teresiah Wairimu Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Muturi, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 11th May, 2018. CAUSE No. MC37 OF 2021 By Mary Muthoni Nganga, of P.O. Box 39, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Nganga Karuga, who died at Ladnan Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2018. CAUSE No. MC40 OF 2021 By Teresiah Wanjiru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Kariuki Kimani, who died at Gatune Sub-location, on 10th February, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
