TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By Ben Cheroben Sichei, of P.O. Box 61, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebedayo Sichei Psisei alias Sichei Psisei, who died at Bungoma Village, on 29th August, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. Box 202, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Otieno Menya, who died on 24th July, 1984. CAUSE No. MCC50 OF 2021 By Annah Apondi Wang, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sewe Raluoch, who died at Umala Sub-location. on 6th June, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
