TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2021 By Caroline Atieno Abwao, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Ogola Ogola alias Ogola Ogola, who died at Umala, on 22nd February, 1996. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2021 By Felix Omondi Oduol, of P.O. Box 264, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Okaka Oduol, who died at Komolo, on 27th May, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
