TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E61 OF 2020 By Kennedy Otieno Obara, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Erick Odhiambo Obara and (2) Gordon Guti Obara, who died on 18th June, 2016 and 20th June, 2019, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
