TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2020 By Josina Shagomogomo Sagwa, of P.O. Box 82, Wodanga in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Sagwa Limonyo, who died at Kedoli Sub- location, on 15th April, 2014. CAUSE No. 162 OF 2020 By Addah Mugasia Lidubwi, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Akoto Lidubwi, who died at Chavakali, on 18th June, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By (1) Edwin Odhiambo Ouma and (2) Allan Ochieng Ouma, both of P.O. Box 349, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Anyango Andang'o, who died at Jootrh, on 17th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
