TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E12 OF 2021 By Rose Ndila Mulwa, of P.O. Box 1290-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Matiku, who died at Kithongoni, ICathaana, on 18th August, 1945. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2021 By Benard Muoki Kingoo, of P.O. Box 1150-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Ivindi, who died at Matetani, on 11th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
