TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Auma Otieno and (2) Isaac Ochieng Otieno, both of P.O. Box 98, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Otieno alias Otieno Ajuang alias James Otieno Ajuang, who died at Ndenga Sub-location, on 29th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2021 By ( I ) Lonah Abiero Okoth and (2) Peter Owino Onyango, both of P.O. Box 16, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Onyango Omondi alias William Onyango, who died on 28th April, 2004. CAUSE No. 26 OF 2021 By Paul Oduor Osawo, of P.O. Box 9, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's father-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilkister Awuor Otieno, who died on 11th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
