TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. EIS OF 2021 By Mary Vele Katumo, of P.O. Box 111-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katumo Matiti Munuve, who died at Kavuvwani Sub-location, on 18th June, 1989. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2021 By Christine Kivyuvi Mutemi, of P.O. Box 263-90203, Tulia in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James R. Syengo Milaih, who died at Nairobi, on 11th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
