TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2020 By (1) Ali Osman Mohamud and (2) Mohamed Ahmed Osman, both of P.O. Box 68391-00610, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's brother and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Osman Muhumud, who died at Nairobi, on 5th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
