PURSUANT to the provisions of Standing Order 29 (3) of the Standing Orders of the National Assembly, it is notified for the information of the Members of the National Assembly and the general public that special sittings of the Assembly shall be held on Thursday, 18th March, 2021, morning and afternoon commencing at 10.00 a.m. and at 2.30 p.m., respectively, in the National Assembly Chamber, Main Parliament Buildings, Nairobi, for purposes of— (a) tabling of the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the First Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2020/2021 and any other papers due for tabling in the House; and (b) transaction of the following business— (i) Notice of motion for approval of the First Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2020/2021; (ii) Consideration of the motion for approval of the First Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2020/2021; (iii) Consideration in second reading of the National Aviation Management Bill, (National Assembly Bill No. 18 of 2020); (iv) Voting on the Motion for second reading of the Division of Revenue Bill, (National Assembly Bill No. 7 of 2021); (v) Consideration in the Committee of the Whole House of the Division of Revenue Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 7 of 2021); and, (vi) Consideration in third reading of the Division of Revenue Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 7 of 2021).
