APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (e) of the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Services Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives, appoints— THEOPHILIS MWENDWA MUTUI (PROF.) to be the Managing Director of the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th December, 2020.
