COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned development plans was on 1st February, 2021, completed. The development plans relate to land situated at Embakasi South Sub-County within, Nairobi City County. Copies of the development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the Embakasi South Sub-County Administrator’s Office and the National Director of Physical Planning, 5th Floor, Ardhi House, 1st Ngong Avenue. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the Embakasi South Sub- County Administrator’s Office and the National Director of Physical Planning, 5th Floor, Ardhi House, 1st Ngong Avenue, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., on working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the National Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 45025–00100, Nairobi, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
