TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 13 OF 2021 By Mohamed Najmuddin Abdulkarim, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Esmail Abadulkarim Ebrahinjee alias Esmail Abdulkarim alias Esmail Abdulkarim Mulla Ebrahimjee, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
