TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2020 By Mary Kasyoka Kathale, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Nyamu, who died at Kyanika Sub- location, on 19th April, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
