TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E33 OF 2020 By Pelelelta Ene Lemailos Nyogo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lemalosi Ole Nkoko Nepartiro, who died at Majengo A, on 20th April, 2004. CAUSE No. E43 OF 2020 By Geoffrey Angweny Siro, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eric Obaga Siro, who died at Fatima Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
