TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By Henry Ayuya Timba, of P.O. Box 314-40400, Suna-Migori in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esmael Timba Ajuango alias Simael Timba Ajuango, late of Migori, who died at Suna Otacho Location, on 13th April, 2000. CAUSE No. 224 OF 2020 By Joshea Aluoch Okello, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nehemia Abonge Obongo alias Nehemia Abonge, who died at Antuambui, on 14th June, CAUSE No. 8 OF 2021 By Gerald Omondi Owuor, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanisius Owuor Oguya, who died at Kajulu Sub-location, Uriri, on 4th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
