TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 150 OF 2020 By (1) Esther Wanjiku Gichuhi and (2) Agnes Nyaguthii Gichuhi, both of P.O. Box 13367-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan John Gichuhi Wathugi, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
