TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2021 By (1) Gideon Ng'ang'a and (2) Moses Mwangi Maina, both of P.O. Box 247, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuthia Ng'ang'a, who died at Githuya Sub-location, on 27th February, 2018. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2021 By (1) Kamau Gitau and (2) Francis Kamau Gitau, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Kiarie, who died at Naaro Sub-location, on 21st February, 2005. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2021 By Elizabeth Munini Muiruri, of P.O. Box 59, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tirus Mutisya Muteti alias Tiras Muiruri alias Muiruri Muteti, who died at Kinyangi Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
