TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El6 OF 2021 By (1) Amos Weru Kariuki ad (2) Charles Mains Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 66882-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evah Gathoni Kariuki, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2018. CAUSE No. E20 OF 2021 By Hannah Wanjiru Kirathi, of P.O. Box 14, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kirathi Komu, who died at Gathara, on 8th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
