TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E6 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Wambua and (2) Francis Maweu Ndambuki, both of P.O. Box 26765-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wayua Ndambuki, who died at St. Mary's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
