TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2020 By Michael Wambua Mbonge, of P.O. Box 1000, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbonge Ngunza, who died at Ngumuti, on 14th June, 2015. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2020 By Theresia Mumbua Kiamba, of P.O. Box 549-90130, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Muthoka Mutua, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
