TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By (1) Anjilina Onyonge Ondongo, (2) Collins Odhiambo Ondongo and (3) Pamela Adhiambo Ondongo, all of P.O. Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Ondogo Agun alias John Odongo Agun, who died at Kanyawegi Sub-location, Kisumu, on 17th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from, the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
