TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E42 OF 2020 By Patrick Charo Ziro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Lughanje Ziro, who died on 3rd October, 2012. CAUSE No. E24 OF 2021 By Nguma Balu Nguma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Balu Nguma Bindo, who died at Kidutani, Mawamba, on 21st November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
