TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 82 OF 2019 By Miriam Murhwavengi Wainaina, of P.O. Box 25, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murwavengi Wainaina alias Gutu Wainaina alias Muruavengi Wainaina alias John Wainaina Gutu, late of Embu East, who died at Marsabit, on 16th May, 1980. CAUSE No. E30 OF 2021 By Joseph Njeru Chary, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nazario Nyaga Kamuti, who died at Kevote Sub-location, on 19th April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
