CAUSE No. 2 OF 2021 By Hezekia M. Mabinda, of P.O. Box 75, Emuhaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng'aya Omutoko, who died at Solongo Sub-location, on 10th May, 2002. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2021 By Nebert Omudi Omeri, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Ebegi Mangirinya alias Erastus Obegi, who died at Ideleri Sub-location, on 12th November, 1999.
