TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E73 OF 2020 By Elia Wairimu, of P.O. Box 13105-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabaya Omani, who died on 20th March, 1995. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2021 By (1) Abdul Rehman Bachelani and (2) Muzammil Mohamed Bachelani, both of P.O. Box 3281-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maimuna Mohamed Hussein, who died at Cosmopolitan Medical Centre, Nairobi in Kenya, on 20th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
