TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E27 OF 2020 By Nadia Ahmed Abdalla, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salma Mbarak Ali, who died at Riverside Nairobi, on 5th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2020 By (1) Saida Mwalimu Mwahima, (2) Masudi Mwalimu Mwahima (3) Salim Mwalimu Mwahima and (4) Mwinyi Hamisi Hima, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwalimu Masoud Mwahima, who died at Likoni, Mombasa, on 24th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
