TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E77 OF 2021 By Clarice Achieng Opondo, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Cornel Opondo Owuor and (2) Daniel Raphael alias Ogutu Owuor, who died on 17th April, 2003 and on 29th May, 2017, respectively. CAUSE No. E80 OF 2021 By (I) Paul Omedo Ngong'a and (2) Peter Otieno Ongala, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Odima Nyangoro alias Lucas Odima Nyan'goro, who died at Papa Oriang, on 8th July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
