CAUSE No. 124 OF 2020 By Gerald Rabura Ndungo, of P.O. Box 90, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungo Rabura, who died at District Hospital, Maragua in Kenya, on 28th September, 2009.
