TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E81 OF 2020 By Joseph Kiplimo Mutai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Cheptonui Chumo, who died at Kipkonyo, on 2nd November, 2019. CAUSE No. E84 OF 2020 By Samuel Ithanwa Kianana, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Thogori Kianana, who died at Kipkonyo, on 23rd June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
