TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E65 OF 2021 By Ruth Wamaitha Mwaura, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ndungu Mbugua, who died at Lake View Nursing Home, on 28th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2021 By (1) Warimwe Wagaiyu and (2) Esther Njeri Wagaiyu, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshuah Wagaiyu Warimwe, who died at Mununga, on 6th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
