TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 247 OF 2019 By Isaac Samuel Nzoka, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nzoka Nguti, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2020 By (1) Agnes Ngui, (2) Margret Kavutha Ngui and (3) Lena Ngui, ail of P.O. Box 414-90200. Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kingole Musyoki, who died at Kitui, on 6th December, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
