CAUSE No. E54 OF 2021 By John Muusya Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 1-90205, Kabati in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Ndiwa alias Mwaniki Ndiwa Kivoi, who died at Kitui, on 30th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2021 By Nicholas Mutua Kimanthi, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Kimanzi, who died at Kitui, on 20th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
