TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E14 OF 2021 By Titus Muthini Kiswii, of P.O. Box 1-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiswii Kanyele Thathi, who died at Makueni Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2021 By Kimilu Mavyuva Kiminzi, of P.O. Box 31, Nziu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mavyuva Kiminzi, who died at Nziu, on 7th September, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
