E43 OF 2021 By Moses Ogwari, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Lawrence Ojijo alias John Laorence Ojijo, who died at South Kanyamgony Location, on 6th May, 1997. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2021 By (1) Ben Otieno Nyakure and (2) Philip Odhiambo Odira, both of P.O. Box 42-404405, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manase Nyakure Miula alias Nyakure Miula, who died at Kasidula, on 18th February, 2011. CAUSE No. E52 OF 2021 By (1) George Ouru Ngwe, (2) Charles Ochieng Mbogo and (3) Grace Akinyi Odongo, the deceased's sons and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaga Oyare Sigoga alias Isaca Oyare Sigoga, who died on 24th October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
