PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE No. 255 OF 2020
By (1) Elias Muiruri Mwaura and (2) Ezekiel Ngugi Njoroge, both
of P.O. Box 478, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Kwirikia, who died at
Gakurari, on 2nd August, 2020.
CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2021
By Elizabeth Nyambura Maine, of P.O. Box 25137-00100, Nairobi
in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Lukas Ndung'u Ng'ang'a, who died at Ruai, on 13th September,
2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
