TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E 14 OF 2021 By (1) Stanley Nyolo Rutha, (2) Florence Atieno Were, (3) Millicent Adhiambo and (4) Peter Ouma, the deceased's grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Onuonga alias David Ritha Onuonga, who died on 24th July, 1973. CAUSE No. 113 OF 2021 By (1) Joshua Deya Apaka and (2) Martha Adoyo Ouko, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondoro Ndonga, who died on 10th April, 1998. CAUSE No. 122 OF 2021 By Consilata Otiato Aoko, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Aoko Olonde alias Joshwa Aoko Olonde, who died on 25th December, 2010. CAUSE No. 124 OF 2021 By (I) Aloice Otieno Awa and (2) Benter Akinyi Otieno, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odede Nyakach, who died on 15th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
