TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 175 OF 2016 By Chrysantus Otiesh Agunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerphas Owino Okiri alias Gerfas Owino Okiri, who died at Kodumo Sub-location, on 30th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. 176 OF 2016 By Chrysantus Otiesh Agunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okiri Odero, who died at Kodumo Sub-location, on 12th June, 1989. By George Omondi Odongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adongo Alcumu, who died on 10th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
