TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. MC 45 OF 2021 By John Njoroge Karuku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mwangi Kiarie alias Mwangi Kiarie, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 2016. CAUSE. No. MC 46 OF 2021 By Esther Wangari Simon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Wanjiru Kimenyu alias Edith Wanjiru Kimenju, who died at Kamukabi Sub-location, on 10th December, 2009. CAUSE No. MC 49 OF 2021 By Grace Wambui Ng'ang'a, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Mwihaki Mbae, who died at Maria Immaculata Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December. 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
