TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 48 OF 2021 By Jenifa Adhiambo Ouma, of P.O. Box 230, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odera Nyangiya alias Jairo Odera Nyangeya, who died at Ngunya Sub-location, on 10th May, 1994. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2021 By (1) Charles Omondi Odhiambo and (2) Stephen Otieno Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 32-40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Odera Ochomo, who died at Ugunja Sub-location, on 17th October, 1976. CAUSE No. 67 OF 2021 By (1) Ayub Oloo Wanga and (2) David Ochola Wanga, both of P.O. Box 169, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfonse Ojango Oloo, who died at Madungu Sub-location, on 5th June, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
