CAUSE No. 257 OF 2020 By (1) James Oyundi Mukabi, (2) Maurice Mukabi and (3) Kristina Mukabi, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mukabi Sihuli, who died at Moi Teaching and Refferral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2020. CAUSE No. 266 OF 2020 By Joice Oside Lugalia, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isack Baridi Lugalia alias Isack Lugalia Baridi alias Isaac Lugalia Bandi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 2020. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2021 By Simon Alukaya Mukalo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mukalo Otabile alias Mukalo Otabile, who died at Ebusiloli Sub-location, on 6th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
