TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021
By Barack Eliud Odhiambo Ombogah, of P.O. Box 41670-00100,
Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's stepbrother, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Millie Herrine Aoko, who died at
Africa Inuka Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
